Travel Back Thursday!!

A couple of years ago we took a road trip to New Orleans. We wanted the complete tourist experience, so the first thing we did was take a tour of the city. Not only did we see all the known landmarks, such as Bourbon Street and Cafe Du Monde. The tour also took us through the  areas that where hit by Hurricane Katrina, so that we could see what was being done to rebuild the city.

During the evenings we would try new bars and restaurants, we couldn't pass up going to Emerils it's was what you would expect from a famous chef and more. The night life in New Orleans was electric! This was a trip we'll never forget.
