We are always looking for new places to go to in the Atlanta. A friend suggested we try a new place called Tacos and Tequila.

When we went it was the opening week, so they had a lot of drink and food specials. The menu is Mexican inspired entrees and desserts, and of course a major of the cocktails include Tequila!!

If you guys know of any places we should go to, please comment and let us know!

Gatlinburg, Tennessee is known for their picturesque mountains and luxurious cabins.  About 4 hours away from Atlanta this city has a Vegas vibe to it but with more activities that are family oriented. We had the chance to go white water rafting five miles up the pigeon river, with only a paddle and life vest. One of the best experiences ever! Later in the evening you can take a trip down to the next city called Pigeon Forge, where there is plenty of games and carnivals for the whole family. Just make sure to ride the Ferris wheel!

We are always searching for fun things to do on the weekends. Everyone knows Atlanta has some of the best festivals and activities in the summertime. So when we heard about the Atlanta Street Food Festival we knew it was a must do. The Festival was located in Piedmont park and it had all the popular food trucks in Atlanta. We would definitely go again next year, but just at a later time in the evening.  To cool down from the heat we decided to go to Wet Willies to have  our favorite frozen drink the superwoman!

Happy 4th of July!!

Let's celebrate this 3 day weekend the right way! We know that the cook outs and fireworks are on the agenda, but what about tomorrow morning? If you're not too hungover go to Another Broken Egg on Peachtree. They have a great variety of breakfast/brunch on their menu, we suggest you try the cinnamon roll! They also have Mimosa's which we hear is a hungover cure. When you go let us know if you enjoyed it .

Las Vegas has been a go to vacation spot for weddings and  bachelor/bachelorette parties for years now. Within the past few years it keeps expanding with tons of activities and casinos for visitors to enjoy! Hands down one of our favorite hotels is Planet Hollywood Casino! The PH has a Fat Tuesday, a shopping mall and tons of bars. Some of the restaurants are Lobster Me, Gordon Ramsey Burgr, Pin-Up Pizza and PF Changs and we are only naming a few of the exciting places to experience and this is just in the hotel!

Tybee Island, Savannah Beach

If you're feeling overwhelmed by the pressures of being a grown up, and you feel like you need a little vaca? We have the perfect solution.

Tybee Island is 4 hours away from Atlanta, last weekend we got up early and drove to the beach! It's close enough that you can go and come back in the same day. Savannah Beach is clean and family friendly, the beach provides chairs and umbrellas if you don't own any. Tons of people brought coolers with drinks (alcoholic beverages also) and food to just lounge on the beach all day.  If you don't live in Atlanta don't worry we seen lots of people from out state. Summer is upon us, take a break and enjoy life!!!

Since summer is knocking at the door we thought, we would recommend our go to workout method.

Zumba has been our number 1 choice of workout for many years. A person can burn up to 1000 calories if done the right way!  It's a combination of salsa, hip hop and even sometimes belly dancing. The  body parts that are targeted the most are stomach, legs and the  glutes. Our favorite Zumba instructors usually incorporate some type of hip hop to make sure we don't lose interest. If you have not tried Zumba make a trip to the closest La Fitness or local dance studio fast!

Yesterday I made breakfast Soufflé for my family, I got the recipe from one of my coworkers. It was simple to make and everyone loved it.

The recipe is adjustable you can add more eggs, milk and vegetables to fit your taste.

If you watched Real Housewives Of Atlanta, then you you saw that one of restaurants they went to last night was Gordon Biersch!

Gordon Biersch is known for the  German beer but the food was just as notable. Located in midtown Atlanta the menu ranges from Cajun pasta to burgers with a German twist.  The atmosphere is definitely sports bar and post club for our party goers out there. We're not  really big fans of beer but the hefeweizen beer is a must try which did not have an after taste at all. It's a wheat beer mixed with bananas and cloves. A must try for the open minded and beer lovers.

Café Intermezzo and RA sushi are just some of the restaurants we have came to love in midtown Atlanta. As most Georgians know Café Intermezzo has been around for a long time and is known for their desserts and strong coffee. The new location is a girls dream with pink decor and quotes from various writers on the walls. RA sushi is a hip and bright spot with every type of sushi you can think of, the wait staff are very friendly and have a good sense of humor. They are really helpful about telling  you what's good and what you can do without. Also, midtown has plenty of clubs/lounges to choose from after dinner or just to enjoy the night life.
