We went to Mimi's Cafe a French bistro in Buford, Ga. To start off our lunch I ordered a sparkling wine flight, which has 3 different juices and a bottle of champagne. Orange Juice and champagne is a mimosa, strawberry lemonade and champagne is called a Sparkling Strawberry and the Cranberry Juice and champagne is called an Hibiscus. I ordered a BBLT brioche bread, bacon,lettuce and tomato with onion straws. Tasheta ordered wine flight it consisted of 3 different glasses of wine Moscato  Chardonnay, and Pinot Grigio. For an entree she ordered Le femme which was grilled chicken, mozzarella and lettuce/tomato on top of a crusted croissant.
